Our team is ready to provide you with the best possible orientation experience.  This is a vital time for you to learn and ask questions.  You will be assigned preceptors who have been selected for their experience and expertise and they will be guiding you throughout your orientation experience. 
 

We expect you and your preceptors to have regular communication during your orientation.  The clinical educator will set up a conference with you and your preceptors every week to gauge your progress and address any issues you may have.  We also want to know what is going well and we want to know about all of the incredible experiences you are having with your team and your patients. 

If any problems arise during orientation, we encourage you to bring them up with your preceptor.  We also want you to know you can reach out to your supervisor or the clinical educator at any time.
