Today, for round 2 of our focus on sleep, we have some great ideas for creating a relaxing bedtime routine. We often want a quick fix to sleeping better or having more energy in the daytime, but this is one of many situations in which taking the time to really care for yourself will have a much greater impact than a quick fix like a sleeping pill or overdoing it on the caffeine. A good bedtime routine doesn’t have to take much time, and it should be something that you enjoy doing. See the slide below or attached.
