We have lots of questions about timelines and updates on certain projects and tickets. Within these announcements and updates we will inform you about upcoming updates, upgrades and current issues we are working to resolve. Your tickets are what help us track issues and resolutions, thank you!

Please schedule with the IT Team to upgrade your workstation...
· These workstations are out-of-date and need to be de-commissioned!
· These workstations will start experiencing issues with network and screen errors!
· These workstations are no longer supported by Lenovo for parts and service!
NOTE: If you have any questions regarding moving over your documents — please move all files/folders you would like to keep on your new workstation into your Z-Drive. Contact IT or watch this how to video if you have questions.

Phone Transition Project
LFMC is transitioning to a new phone system called Mitel.
The discovery process is where IT will interview key staff and collect needs and find solutions to phone workflows this process is set to be 30 days.
June 28th - Aug 6th
Discovery
The design phase is set to be 15 days and was set to start on August 2nd.
The IT team started the process on July 15th to get a head start
July 15th - Aug 19th
DESIGN
Training starts July 26th!
The IT team will send out a site schedule this week August 1st to inform staff of training.
Training will be lead by Linda and Andrew from LFMC along with the Linehan team who are helping LFMC manage this project.
