GoCanvas Employee Screening

We are excited to launch GoCanvas on Monday 1/18/21. Please read the bullet points below for more information.

· You will receive an e-mail within 24 hours to your work or personal e-mail to sign up for your account. Please register with GoCanvas before 1/18/21.

· Please complete the COVID screening in the GoCanvas app at your home before you come into work. You will not need to complete your COVID screening if you are working from home and not coming into work.

· If you are flagged as green in the app, please go into work. If you flag red, please stay home and follow the instructions on the screen to text Wendy. Please also let your supervisor know you are waiting on a text from Wendy with further instructions.

· The app is really easy to download via the Android Google Play or the App Store on iPhone. The app is called “Go Canvas - Business Forms”
