Week 3 of reflection comes just in time for the end of 2020. I know we are all ready to say good-bye to this year and look forward to a more positive 2021! I might even be burning some of my more negative reflections in a cozy New Year’s Eve fireplace J

Weekly activity from First Choice in Albuquerque:

Week 3 of Reflection explores self-reflection. Each of us had our struggles and successes for sure in this indescribable year of 2020. We somehow managed to carry on with our lives, our families and our jobs. OOM would like us each to consider looking a bit deeper into how we did and how we are.

Take a few moments, in a quiet time to reflect on your spirit, your heart, the bright center where your courage, love and energy are sheltered. Take stock of where you felt and feel strong, where you feel you might have done better and where you shone like a star. Take time to give yourself a big hug for the amazing job you did this year for yourself, your team and your patients.

HUDDLE ACTIVITY: Think of a word or phrase that describes your self-reflection.
