Anybody try out a fun new way to move your body? This week, we are going to talk about movement at work. This is even more important than usual as we are spending more time at computers and on the phone, easily falling into bad posture and creating all kinds of dysfunction for our bodies and minds. In case you haven’t heard, sitting is the new smoking… so stand up, stretch, and make sure you’ve got a good desk set-up.
